Highlights for the last 24 hours:

 

 

Warrant for Breach of Probation

 

At 12:27 pm, a 26-year-old male was located on Westaway Bay and found to have a warrant for his arrest for breach of probation and failing to attend court. The subject was arrested and held for court.

 

 

Fail to Comply with Undertaking

 

A 38-year-old male turned himself into BPS as he was aware there was an allegation that he had breached his no contact condition of his order with the female identified on the order. He was arrested and released for a later court date.

 

 

Fail to Comply with Release Order

 

At 9:31 pm, a person check was done in the 2700 block of Rosser Ave, and the 20-year-old male was found to be breaching his 8:00 pm curfew. The accused was arrested and lodged for court.

 

 

Impaired Driving

 

At 1:34 am, a traffic stop was conducted in the 100 block of Queens Ave, and the 25-year-old driver was arrested for impaired driving. He was transported to BPS where he provided breath samples of just below and just above twice the legal limit. The accused was later released on an appearance notice.
