Police News Release - December 7th, 2025
Highlights for the last 24 hours:
Breach of Release Order
At 8:36 pm, a call was received stating an intoxicated male was at a residence in the 400 block of 5th St and was refusing to leave the residence. Police attended and found the 27-year-old male was on conditions not to communicate with the female and not to attend within the city of Brandon. The accused was arrested and held for court in the morning.
Breach of Probation
At 9:15 pm, a report was received of an intoxicated female in the 700 block of 6th St. A 14-year-old female was located intoxicated and was arrested for breaching her court orders. She was held in custody until sober and released on an appearance notice for court at a later date.
Motor Vehicle Accident
At 1:35 am, a call was received of a single vehicle accident in the 700 block of 1st St North. The vehicle was travelling southbound when it left the roadway causing an accident where there was extensive damage to the vehicle. The 23-year-old male driver suffered significant injuries and was transported to Brandon Regional Health Centre for treatment. The accident remains under investigation.
