Arrest Warrants – Public Interest Warrant/Fail to Comply with Probation
On December 30th, 2025 at approximately 12:42 PM, a member of the Brandon Police Service observed a male who was subject of a Public Interest warrant. The male fled on-foot to an apartment complex located in the 900 block of Louise Avenue. The K9 unit was utilized which resulted in the apprehension of the male subject, as well as the arrest of a 26-year-old female who was subject of an arrest warrant for failing to comply with conditions of her probation. The 38-year-old male was arrested and transported to the Brandon Correctional Centre and the 26-year-old female was released for Court in January 2026.
Arrest Warrant – Fail to Comply with Probation
On December 30th, 2025 at approximately 2:16 PM, Police were called to a business located in the 000 block of 10th street for a female acting erratically. On arrival, the female suspect was showing strong signs of intoxication and was unable to care for herself. Once taken into Police custody it was discovered that the female was also subject of an arrest warrant for failing to comply with conditions of her probation. The 50-year-old female was lodged for her safety to be released once sober for Court in January 2026.
Fail to Comply with Release Order
On December 30th, 2025 at approximately 3:32 PM, Police initiated a traffic stop in the 1900 block of Aagaard Avenue. The passenger of the motor vehicle was subject of a Release Order with conditions to not consume alcohol and through investigation, was found to be in breach of that condition. The 67-year-old male was arrested and released to appear for Court in March 2026.
Breach of Peace
On December 30th, 2025 at approximately 11:33 PM, a call was received from a resident in the 200 block of College Avenue east stating their partner was intoxicated and causing a disturbance. Police attended and arrested the 21-year-old male who was lodged at the Brandon Police Service detention unit to be released once sober.
Fail to Comply with Undertaking
On December 31st, 2025 at approximately 3:56 AM, Police initiated a pedestrian stop in the 100 block of 34th street with an intoxicated individual. The 32-year-old female was identified and revealed she was subject of an Undertaking with curfew conditions from 12 AM to 6 AM daily. The female arrested and lodged at the Brandon Police Service due to her intoxication, to be released once sober for Court in March 2026.
