Arrest Warrant – Theft Under $5000
On December 29th, 2025 at approximately 4:13 PM, Members of the Brandon Police Service conducted a pedestrian stop with a male in about the 100 block of Rosser Avenue where it was confirmed there was a warrant for his arrest for Theft Under $5000. The 40-year-old male was arrested on the strength of the warrant and later released for Court in January 2026.
Theft Under $5000
On December 29th, 2025 at approximately 4:31 PM, employees of a business located in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue flagged down Members of the Brandon Police Service as there was an individual who was concealing unpaid merchandise. Police attended and arrested the 21-year-old male for Theft Under $5000 who was later released for Court in February 2026.
Possession For the Purposes of Trafficking – Cocaine/Methamphetamine
On December 29th, 2025 at approximately 5:00 PM, Police received a call from a female in the 1200 block of 10th street stating that a male known to her just broke a window to her residence. On arrival, the suspect was located attempting to leave the area in a taxi. Search incidental to arrest yielded a quantity of individually wrapped powder and crystal substance believed to be cocaine and methamphetamine. The 20-year-old male was later released for Court in February 2026.
