Arrest Warrant – Breach of Undertaking
Carry Concealed Weapon, Possess Weapon Dangerous
Breach Of Undertaking x 4, Breach Of Probation
On December 28th, 2025 at approximately 1:05 PM, Members of the Brandon Police Service conducted a walk-through of a business located in the 000 block of 10th street. A male was observed inside who was subject of an arrest warrant for Breach of Undertaking. Once Members had taken the male into custody, a search incidental to arrest yielded a sawed-off .22 rifle with ammunition. The 36-year-old male was arrested and held to appear for Court on December 29th, 2025.
Protective Detention and Care of Intoxicated Persons Act
On December 28th, 2025 at approximately 5:10 PM Police received a called about an intoxicated male causing issues at a business located in the 3300 block of Victoria Avenue. The intoxicated 38-year-old male was arrested and lodged at the Brandon Police Service detention unit to be released once sober.
Arrest Warrant – Breach of Release Order, Fail to Attend Court
On December 28th, 2025 at approximately 8:25 PM, employees from a business located in the 100 block of Victoria Avenue east reported a female was inside who had stolen from the business prior. Members attended and it was learned that the female was subject of an arrest warrant for Breach of Release Order and Failing to Attend Court. The 41-year-old female was arrested and held to appear for Court on December 29th, 2025.
Breach of Undertaking x 2
On December 28th, 2025 at approximately 8:52 PM, 911 radio dispatch operators received a call from a Brandon resident stating that there was someone inside her residence who should not be. Police attended and discovered a male hiding behind a furnace in the basement who was subject to conditions to not attend the residence or communicate with the female 911 caller. As a result, the 47-year-old male was arrested and held to appear for Court on the morning of December 29th, 2025.
