Police News Release - December 28th, 2025

Intoxicated people / breach of conditions

Over the past 24hrs, 5 people were reported to be causing disturbances in various locations throughout the city.  The suspects were found to be intoxicated when arrested.  All 5 were lodged for their safety and to prevent the continuation of their respective offences.  They will be released when they are sober.

A sixth intoxicated male was found causing a disturbance at the Shoppers Mall.  When he was located, he was found to be bound by a court ordered condition not to consume alcohol.  He was charged for breaching this condition and released for court once he was sober.
