Warrant Execution x2- Theft Under $5000, Fail to Attend Court (RCMP)

 

Police conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of 26th street, both the driver and passenger were recognized by officers as being subjects of a current warrant of arrest for theft under $5000 for a gas drive off. The 43-year-old male operator was arrested on the strength of that warrant and released from custody for court in March, 2026.  

 

 

Warrant Execution- Aggravated Assault

 

 

Police requested to attend Brandon Correctional Centre to execute an unendorsed warrant of arrest on a 37-year-old female who was currently in custody. She will appear in court on 2025-12-22 for the above noted charge of aggravated assault.

 

 

 

 

Assault

 

At 05:37 P.M., Police were requested to attend a residence in the 4100 block of McTavish Ave for a possible domestic assault. A 32-year-old male accused was located at a separate residence, and he was arrested without incident. The accused was held in custody and will appear in the morning.

  

 

 

 

 

 

Warrant Execution- Fail to Comply Probation

 

At 12:06 A.M., Police were requested to attend a residence on Westaway Bay for a disturbance. Upon arrival police identified one of the subjects of the complaint and were advised that the 19-year-old female had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. The accused was intoxicated and will be released on an appearance notice in the morning when sober.
