Police News Release - December 1st, 2025

Breach of the Peace / IPDA (Intoxicated Persons Detention Act)

In the past 24 hours there were three individuals arrested for Breach of the Peace and two for IPDA. They will be released once sober / calmed down.

 

Arrest Warrant

On November 30th at 9:39 a.m. police located and arrested a 40-year-old male on the strength of his outstanding Warrant for Arrest (Failure to Comply Court Order). Registration was completed and the male was held for court in the morning on December 1st, 2025.

 

Arrest Warrant

On November 30th at 1:53 p.m. police located and arrested a 24-year-old female in the 800 block of Pacific Avenue on the strength of her outstanding Warrant for Arrest (Failure to Attend Court). She was held for court in the morning on December 1st, 2025.

 

Failure to Comply Release Order x2

On November 30th at 10:49 p.m., a 30-year-old male was located in the back lane of the 100 block of 9th Street. He reported that he had been staying at his sister’s residence, which was a breach of his court-ordered residence condition. In addition, he was found to be in violation of his 8:00 p.m. curfew. He was subsequently arrested and held for a court appearance scheduled for the morning of December 1st, 2025.
