Police News Release - December 18th, 2025

Arrest Warrants

In the past 24 hours two individuals were arrested on the strength of their Warrants for Arrest. One individual was held for court in the morning while the other was released via Appearance Notice and given a future court date.

 

Failure to Comply Undertaking

On December 17 at approximately 1:22 p.m., less than one hour after being released on an Undertaking with conditions not to communicate with a specific male individual, a 25-year-old female attended the male’s residence and caused a disturbance. Police arrested the female and transported her to BPS detention cells. She is scheduled to appear in court on the morning of December 18, 2025.

 

Breach of Release Order

On December 18 at approximately 1:10 a.m., police conducted a traffic stop in the 2500 block of Princess Avenue. A male passenger in the vehicle was found to be in breach of a Release Order curfew of 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The male was arrested and processed and was later released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of March 5, 2026.
