Police News Release - December 12th, 2025

SEVERAL ARRESTS MADE

A 28-year-old male was found to be breaching his no contact order after he was located with the protected party in the north end of Brandon. The male was arrested without incident and released on paperwork to appear for a court date in the future.

A 34-year-old female was arrested under strength of an endorsed warrant for Failing to Appear after she was located at a disturbance in the 900 block of Dennis Street. She was arrested and later released to appear in court at a later date.

A 35-year-old female was arrested for mischief under $5000 after smashing a window at a local motel. The female was identified through surveillance video and ultimately arrested. The female was later released for a future court date.

A 50-year-old male was arrested for assault after a fight occurred in the Town Centre Parkade. The male was lodged as he was also highly intoxicated at the time of the incident. The male will be released for a court date in the future when sober.

A 47-year-old male was arrested for assault following an incident in the west end of Brandon. He will later be released on a promise to appear for a court date in the future.

INTOXICATED AND LODGED FOR THEIR SAFETY – RELEASED SOBER

An 18-year-old male was found highly intoxicated at a local hotel and was unable to care for himself. He was lodged at BPS where he will remain until sober.

A 25-year-old female was lodged after attending the police station in a highly intoxicated state. She will remain in custody until sober.

A 42-year-old female was highly intoxicated and causing a disturbance at a local hotel. She was arrested and lodged at BPS to prevent a further breach of the peace. The female will remain in custody until sober.

A 35-year-old female was in the east end highly intoxicated and unable to care for herself. She was lodged at BPS for her safety and will be released once sober.
