Police News Release - August 12th, 2025

Breach of the Peace

On August 12^th at 2:06AM police were called to a disturbance within a residence in the 1300 block of 5^th Street due to an intoxicated 34-year-old female. The woman was arrested, held in BPS detention cells and will be released in the morning once sober.

Failure to Comply Release Order X3

On August 11^th at 8:32AM police located and arrested a 21-year-old female in the 800 block of Pacific Avenue. She was arrested and held for court in the morning due to breaching her Release Order X3. (Curfew, Reside, Not Move).

Disobeying a Court Order

On August 11^th at 10:50AM police attended Probation Services and arrested a 20-year-old male on the strength of his endorsed Warrant for Arrest. He was released via Appearance Notice with a court date of September 8^th, 2025.

Theft Under $5000

On August 11^th at 3:14PM police were called to a business in the 300 block of 18^th Street North where a male had stolen food. Police located the suspect and recovered the items. The highly intoxicated 43-year-old male was arrested and held in BPS detention cells until sober. He will be released on Undertaking with a court date of November 3^rd, 2025.
