Break, Enter & Assault, plus Fail to comply
On April 11th at 9:16 a.m., a complaint was received from a resident in the 300 block of Dennis St, reporting that a Break and Enter just occurred where the suspect, known to the victim, then assaulted the victim inside the residence. Upon officer’s arrival, the suspect was still in the residence and was taken into custody. Police learned that the suspect is on a court order not to communicate with the victim. The 24-year-old male was arrested for the B&E with assault and failing to comply with a court order. He was brought to BPS detention cells to be held for court the following morning.
Arrest Warrant
On April 11th at 11:23 a.m. police attended a residence in the 100 block of 4th St, to check for a 43-year-old female regarding her outstanding unendorsed Warrant for Arrest for three counts of failing to comply with her release order. She was located, arrested and brought to BPS detention cells to be held for court the following morning.

On April 11th at 1:21 p.m. police attended a residence in the 1100 block of 20th St as a result of a 911 call. Officers located a 29-year-old male who was found to have an outstanding BPS warrant for arrest for breaching his undertaking order. The male was arrested, processed and later released via Appearance Notice with a future court date of June 8th, 2026.

On April 11th at 2:25pm, BPS was contacted by WPS who advised they had arrested a 48-year-old male on the strength of a BPS outstanding warrant for Drug, Proceeds and Public Mischief charges. The male was processed by WPS and held for court the next morning.

On April 11th at 3:00 p.m. a 43-year-old female turned herself in to BPS as she was aware of her outstanding BPS warrant for arrest for failing to attend for Ident purposes. The female was arrested, processed and later released via Appearance Notice with a future court date of April 30th, 2026.

On April 11th at 5:56 p.m. police attended a residence in the 500 block of 13th St, to check for a 38-year-old male regarding his outstanding unendorsed Warrant for breach of probation. He was located, arrested and brought to BPS detention cells to be held for court the following morning.
Arrest Warrant & New Breach charge
On April 11th at 6:11 p.m. police were called to a business in the 900 block of Victoria Ave for a female causing a disturbance. Officers attended and located a 19-year-old female who was wanted on endorsed Warrant of Arrest and is bound by a court release order with a condition not to attend the business. She was arrested and brought to BPS detention cells to be held for court the following morning.
Protective Detention + Care of Intoxicated Persons Act
On April 12th at 2:39 a.m. police were requested to a licensed establishment in the 3300 block of Victoria Ave, for a 22-year-old female who was highly intoxicated and causing a disturbance. The female was arrested and brought to BPS detention cells, where she will remain until sober and cooperative.
