Breach of Peace
On September 4th at 6:07AM police attended a residence in the 100 block of 15th Street as a 33-year-old male had called 911 from there numerous times. The caller was found highly intoxicated, arrested and held in cells at BPS station. He will be released once sober.
Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Proceeds Obtained by Crime, Breach of Court Order
On September 4th at 6:10PM police attended a residence in the 900 block of Rosser Avenue to check on a curfew and clause stating, “must submit to searches for contraband.” A search of the 52-year-old female’s apartment resulted in officers locating 46 grams of Cocaine, a digital scale, packaging material and $375 cash. The female was arrested and held in cells at BPS station for court in the morning on September 5th, 2024.
Failure to Comply with Release Order
On September 4th at 10:00PM a vehicle stop in the 2800 block of Victoria Avenue was conducted. The stop revealed a 35-year-old female breaching her curfew of 8PM-6AM. Released on Appearance Notice with a court date of November 14th, 2024.
