Warrant

On the afternoon of 2024-09-13, a 37-year-old female attended to BPS and turned herself in on an outstanding warrant of arrest.  The accused has been held in custody.

FTC Release Order/Possess B&E Instruments

On the afternoon of 2024-09-13, a report was received of an unknown female entering a yard on Kirkham Crescent.  Police found the 38-year-old female to be in possession of a crowbar which is in contravention to a condition of her release order.  The accused has been lodged at BPS and will appear in court 2024-09-14.

 

Warrant

On the afternoon of 2024-09-13, police conducted a walk-through of a licensed establishment in the 100 block of 5th Street.  A 22-year-old female patron was found to have an outstanding warrant of arrest.  The accused has been lodged at BPS and will appear in court 2024-09-14.

 

Mischief Under $5000

Overnight on 2024-09-13, a window to a vehicle parked in the 500 block of 13th Street was reportedly smashed out.  Video surveillance resulted in identifying a 15-year-old male youth as being responsible for the damage.  The accused has been released to a guardian with conditions to appear in court 2024-11-19.

 

Warrant/Resist Arrest

On the evening of 2024-09-13, police responded to the area of 9th and Princess Avenue, after receiving a report that a female was throwing cinder blocks onto the roadway.  Upon contact with police, the 35-year-old female fled on foot and was taken into custody.  The accused was determined to be intoxicated by drug and bound by a release order to abstain from consuming intoxicating substances.  The accused has been lodged at BPS and will appear in court 2024-09-14. 

 

Assault

On 2024-09-13, a 25-year-old female attended to BPS to report a previous assault by her partner.  No medical attention was required to the victim and the 25-year-old male suspect has been released with conditions to appear in court 2024-11-25.

 

Assault

On 2024-09-14, police responded to a residence on Poplar Drive for a report of an assault involving a 41-year-old female and 44-year-old male.  No medical attention was required by the victim and the male was subsequently lodged until sober, when he will be released with conditions to appear in court 2024-11-18.
