Failure to Comply - Undertaking

On September 12th at 9:15AM a 28-year-old female turned herself in at BPS regarding her warrant. She was held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning.

 

Failure to Attend Court

On September 12th at 9:18AM a 32-year-old female was located and arrested in the 500 block of Richmond Avenue on the strength of the warrant. She was later released on an Appearance Notice with a court date October 31st, 2024.

 

PPOBC / Disguise with Intent

On September 12th at 12:41PM police did a persons check near 13th and Rosser Avenue. The noted was in possession of a black and green bicycle. Officer was aware of a stolen bicycle report from earlier in the day. It was found to be the stolen bike and the 30-year-old male was arrested. He was held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning.

 

Breach of Peace

On September 12th at 2:13PM police received a report of a male attempting to get into a residence in the 1900 block of College Avenue. The male then proceeded to sit on the step and read the homeowner’s mail. Police attended and arrested the 30-year-old male. He was held in detention cells and will be released once sober.

 

Breach of Peace

On September 12th at 6:40PM police were called to a residence on Franklin Blvd to break up a dispute. A 27-year-old intoxicated male was arrested and held in detention cells and will be released once sober.

 

LGCCA X2 / Resisting Arrest

On September 13th at 12:30AM police conducted a stop in front of a business in the 1200 block of Princess Avenue with a male who appeared to be disrobing after buying goods. He was belligerent and uncooperative. He was arrested and held in detention cells and will be released once sober with an Appearance Notice for court on November 18th, 2024. Charged with Resisting Arrest and ticketed for Disorderly Conduct at Licensed Premises and Unlawful Transportation of Liquor in a Vehicle.

 

Failure to Attend Court X3 / Theft Under $5000

On September 13th at 2:34AM police conducted a pedestrian stop in the 000 block of 10th Street. A 24-year-old male was wanted on an unendorsed warrant. He was arrested and held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning.

 

Public Mischief / FTC Undertaking X2

On September 13th at 3:00AM police conducted a persons check in the 100 block of 18th Street.  A male initially provided a false name to police. Once positively identified it was revealed he had an Undertaking of a daily curfew as well as a reside clause (no longer lives where required) – both of which he was breeching. He was arrested and held in detention cells. He will attend court in the morning.

 

Breach of Peace

On September 13th at 5:27AM a report of a car alarm going off on a vehicle parked on a sidewalk in the 1500 block of 26th Street. Registered owner was found in the area. He was arrested and held in detention cells and will be released once sober.
