Arrest Warrant Executed– Failure to Comply with Release Order, Failure to Comply with Probation Order, Theft under $5000
On October 27th, 2024, at 1:00PM Police attended a business in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue for a female who was violating her release conditions. The 32-year-old female had an unendorsed Warrant of Arrest. She was arrested, brought to detention cells and held overnight for court in the morning on October 28th, 2024
Intoxicated Persons Detention Act
On October 27th, 2024, at 9:15PM Police responded to a report of a female, who was screaming and causing disturbance in the area of City Transit terminal at 800 block Rosser Avenue. Police located 46-year-old male, who was in highly intoxicated state. He was arrested and held in detention cells to prevent further issues.
Failure to Comply with Release Order
On October 27th, 2024, at 11:00PM Police responded to a report of male, who was causing disturbance in the hotel on Highway #1. Police attended and 33-year-old male was arrested for breaching his curfew condition. He was held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning on October 28th, 2024.
Breach of Peace
On October 28th, 2024, at 12:10AM Police received a call of a disturbance from the apartment on Willowdale Crescent. Police attended and located 36-year-old male, who was highly intoxicated and was causing a disturbance. He was arrested and held in detention cells to prevent further issues.
