On October 19th, Police had an intoxicated female in custody and while being medically cleared, the suspect proceeded to kick one of the BPS Cadets in the leg. The 17yr old youth was lodged in cells until sober and released on an Undertaking to appear in Court in December.

 

Theft Under $5,000

At 10:27 am a business in the zero hundred block of 9th St reported that a purse had been stolen off of the counter. Video surveillance lead to the suspect being identified, who was located in another business in the area. The 30yr old male was charged with Theft Under $5,000, Theft of a Credit Card, and Fraudulent use of a Credit Card and was released on an Undertaking with a Court date scheduled for December.

 

Shoplifting leads to Arrest

On October 11th, Police received a report of a theft of merchandise from a business in the 900 block of Victoria Ave. The suspect was identified via video surveillance and located on Saturday and charged with Theft Under $5,000. The 34yr old female was released on an Undertaking and will appear in Court in December.

 

Traffic stop leads to Arrest

At 9:14 pm on the 19th, Police conducted a traffic stop on the 900 block of 26th St. where one of the occupants was found to have an outstanding Warrant of Arrest. The 30yr old female was arrested and then released on an Appearance Notice with Court in December.
