Failure to Comply with Probation

On November 6th at 11:30AM a persons check was conducted in the back lane of the 900 block of 10th Street. The 26-year-old female had a Warrant for Arrest on a Failure to Comply with Probation charge. She was released via Appearance Notice with a court date of December 9th, 2024.

 

Stolen Vehicle – White 2011 TOTOYA SIENNA - IFV 376

On November 6th at 6:00PM police received a report that a vehicle was stolen on November 5th. The registered owner knows the suspect and has had no response with attempts to have the vehicle returned. She believes it may have been driven to Winnipeg. Should the public see this vehicle please call the police. (BPS 204-729-2345)

 

Warrant Executed with New Charges

On November 6th at 11:51PM police attempted a persons check with a female in the 1500 block of 3rd street. The 29-year-old female ran from the police knowing she was wanted on an outstanding Warrant of Arrest. She was arrested and pepper spray was found in her pocket. She is held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning on November 7th, 2024.

Previous Charges: Failure to Attend Court / Mischief to Property Under $5000 / Breach of Release Order

New Charges: Resist Arrest / Possession of a Weapon

 

IPDA (Intoxicated Persons Detention Act)

On November 7th at 1:03AM police observed an intoxicated male walking in the middle of the road in the 400 block of 11th Street. A 27-year-old male was found to be highly intoxicated and in no condition to care for himself. He was held in detention cells and will be released once sober.

 

Failure to Attend Court

On November 6th at 10:31PM police attended an address in the 500 block of Princess Avenue for a 37-year-old female as she was wanted on an outstanding Warrant of Arrest. She was located and released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of December 12th, 2024.
