Break, Enter with Intent / Failure to Comply with Release Order

On November 21st at 12:15PM police received a report of someone kicking in and entering the back door of a home in the 200 block of 13th Street. The accused, 29-year-old male, was seen inside and found to be bound by a Release Order with a condition not to attend that address. He was arrested, held in detention cells and will attend court on Friday, November 22nd, 2024.

 

Arrest Warrant – Failure to Attend Court

On November 21st at 1:44PM police were called to a disturbance in the 700 block of Rosser Avenue. A 35-year-old male was attending an establishment he had been banned from. Upon Police arrival the male was noted to have a Warrant for Arrest for Failure to Attend Court. He was arrested, held in detention cells and will attend court on Friday, November 22nd, 2024.

 

Arrest Warrant – Surety Revocation

On November 21st at 2:02PM a traffic stop was conducted in the 1000 block of Pacific Avenue. The driver of the vehicle was noted to have a Warrant for Arrest. The 29-year-old male was arrested, held in detention cells and will attend court on Friday, November 22nd, 2024.

 

Arrest Warrant - Failure to Attend Court

On November 21st at 3:23PM a 20-year-old male with an unendorsed Warrant for Arrest was noted by police in the 800 block of Rosser Avenue. He was arrested, held in detention cells and will attend court on Friday, November 22nd, 2024.

 

Resist Arrest / Obstruct Peace Officer / Operation of a Conveyance While Prohibited / Operation While Impaired / Operation Exceeding 80mgs%

On November 21st at 9:40PM police responded to a report of a suspected impaired driver. The driver reportedly was swerving and nearly hit another vehicle while on his phone. Police stopped the driver near the 200 block of Cornwallis Avenue, where he resisted arrest, by gripping the steering wheel and refusing to exit the vehicle while attempting to bite officer’s hands. He would not provide his name. The 34-year-old male was recently charged with Impaired Driving and Flight from Police. Breath samples came in at 180mgs%, 160mgs%.  Vehicle was towed and male was arrested, held in detention cells and will attend court on Friday, November 22nd, 2024.

 

Operation While Impaired / Operation Exceeding 80 mgs% / Possession of a Weapon / CDSA Possession of Cocaine

On November 21st at 11:21PM a vehicle stop was conducted in the 1400 block of Rosser Avenue. The driver displayed signs of impairment and breath samples came in at 120mgs%. Upon arrest he was found to be in possession of cocaine and plastic knuckles. The 34-year-old male was released to a sober family member on an Appearance Notice with a court date of February 13th, 2025.
