Police Media Release - November 11, 2024

Assault

On November 10, 2024, police received a report of a domestic assault which occurred in a residence on November 8, 2024.  The victim sustained minor injuries as a result, but did not require medical attention.  The 36-year-old male suspect was also to abide by conditions not to communicate with the victim.  He was arrested and lodged to appear in court on charges of Assault and Fail to Comply with Release Order.

Theft Under $5000

On November 7, 2024, police received a report of the theft of merchandise from a business in the 900 block of 18^th street N.  Security footage assisted in identifying the 34-year-old male suspect who was located and arrested on November 10, 2024.  He will appear in court on January 13, 2025.

Fail to Comply with Release Order

On November 11, 2024, at approximately 3:30 am, a 51-year-old male was arrested following a traffic stop in the 200 block of 2^nd street.  He was to abide by a 24-hour curfew.  He was lodged to appear in court.

Arrest Warrants

On Nov. 10, 2024 police arrested two individuals, in separate situations on outstanding Arrest Warrants.  A 38-year-old female was released to appear in court on January 6, 2024 on a charge of Theft Under $5000.  A 22-year-old male was lodged for court on charges of Assault, Assault with a Weapon, Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Device, Disobey Order of the Court and Fail to Comply with Release Order X2.
