Attempted Break and Enter
An attempted break and enter was reported to have occurred overnight at a business in the 100 block of 17th St N and a suspect was identified through video surveillance. At 12:21, a 37-year-old male was spotted in the 800 block of Princess Ave matching the description. He was arrested and later released on an undertaking.
Breach of Release Order
A female reported that since April 26, a 28-year-old male had breached his no communication condition of his release order as he has had communication with her on multiple occasions since this date. On todays date he was located and arrested and was released on an appearance notice to attend court at a later date.
Break and Enter
At 11:15 pm, a break in was reported to be occurring in the 500 block of 22nd St with the suspects being described as 2 males and a female. The suspects fled the scene prior to Police arrival but it was determined the suspects may have gone to a business in the downtown area. All three suspects were located, and a 26- and 29-year-old male and a 21-year-old female were arrested and charged with break and enter and disguise with intent. The 26-year-old male was also charged with resisting arrest. It is believed the suspects targeted someone who was previously known to them.
