Arrest Warrants

Over the last 24-hours five adult males and one female were arrested in separate incidents on outstanding arrest warrants.

 

Intoxicated Persons Detention Act (IPDA)

Over the last 24-hours seven adult males and two females were arrested in separate incidents under IPDA.

 

Fail to Comply with Probation Order

On May 28, 2025, at 7:30AM, Police located a 28-year-old female who had attended a business located in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue. She was found to be bound by a Probation Order, which included a condition prohibiting her from attending this business. She was arrested for breaching the conditions of her Probation Order. She was subsequently released on an Appearance Notice to appear in Court on August 6, 2025.

 

Mischief to Property under $5000

On May 28, 2025, at 10:50PM, Police were called to a residence in the 1500 block of 3rd Street regarding a highly intoxicated male causing a disturbance and damage to the residence. A 35-year-old male was arrested and lodged at the BPS Detention Unit, to be released when sober with undertaking to appear in Court on August 7th, 2025.

 

Fail to Comply with Probation Order

On May 28, 2025, 11:42PM, Police apprehended a 42-year-old male, who was found in possession of 8” blade knife in the 500 Block Victoria Avenue. He was also found to be bound by a Probation Order, which included a condition prohibiting him from possession of weapons. He was arrested and lodged at BPS Detention Unit, to appear in Court on May 29th, 2025
