Warrants Executed

  • On Saturday evening May 24th, at approximately 6:50pm, Police conducted a person's check in the 600 block of 10th St. the result of which revealed that the 37-year-old female was the subject of an Unendorsed Warrant of Arrest for Failing to attend Court x4. She was arrested and held for Court in the morning.
  • Just after midnight on May 25th, Police attended the residence of a 51-year-old male who was known to have an Endorsed Warrant of Arrest for breaching his Probation Order. He was arrested and eventually released on appearance notice and will appear in court in July.

 

Male Charged for Breaching Undertaking

At 8:20 PM, Police received a call from our business in the 900 block of Victoria Ave. as they had observed a male currently in the store contrary to his Court Order. Police attended and confirmed that he is bound by a condition on his Undertaking not to attend that particular business. The 41-year-old male was arrested and released on an Appearance Notice to appear in Court in August

 

Immediate Roadside Prohibition

  • 11:26pm, Police stopped a vehicle in the 900 block of Rosser Ave. for proceeding through an intersection on an amber light. The operator the vehicle, provided 2 breath samples, both of which registered a warn on the Approved Screening Device (ASD). As a result, the 35-year-old males license was suspended and his vehicle impounded.
  • 2:03am, Police conducted a traffic stop in the 2200 block of Brandon Ave. A sobriety check was conducted on the 42-year-old female operator of the vehicle, resulting in both of her breath samples registering a fail on the ASD. Her license was subsequently suspended and her vehicle seized.
  • At 2:38am, a vehicle was stopped in the 1400 block of Princess Ave. A sobriety check was conducted on the operator of the vehicle. As a result, the 52-year-old male operator failed the ASD and his license was suspended and his vehicle impounded.
