Breach Release Order

On Friday May 16th, at 10:27 PM police conducted a walkthrough at a business in the zero hundred block of 10th St. A 31-year-old male was found to be breaching the consume alcohol and curfew conditions of his Release Order. He was arrested and is scheduled to appear in Court today.

 

Warrant Executed

Early Saturday morning on May 17th, at approximately 1:00 AM, Police attend to the address of a female suspect, as she was known to be the subject of an Unendorsed Arrest Warrant. She was located, arrested and lodged at BPS to appear in Court in today.

 

Breach of Peace

  • At 7:31 PM on May 16th Police responded to a disturbance call at an address on Grant Blvd. A 19-year-old female was found to be highly intoxicated and lodged at the BPS cells to prevent any further issues. Released when sober.
  • At 1:30 AM on May 17th Police attended to a residence in the 400 block of 11th St. for a disturbance complaint. 31-year-old female was found to be responsible for the disturbance, she was subsequently held at BPS to be released when sober.
