Police Media Release - May 13, 2025

Failure to Comply Undertaking

On May 12th at 3:00PM two subjects were spotted on a front step in the 100 block of 5th Street. Both individuals, a 36-year-old female and a 30-year-old male, are on conditions not to communicate with one another. They were both arrested and held for court in the morning on May 13th, 2025.

 

Breach of Peace

On May 12th at 5:26PM a 34-year-old woman attended the front desk of Brandon Police Service (BPS).  She was being rude, argumentative and refusing to leave causing a disturbance. She was placed in detention cells until she calmed down.

 

Arrest Warrant

On May 12th at 5:30PM a 37-year-old male turned himself in to BPS aware of his endorsed Warrant for Arrest. The male was arrested, printed and later released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of June 9th, 2025.

 

Breach of Peace

On May 12th at 7:55PM police were called to a residence in the 1200 block of 10th Street. A 28-year-old female was highly intoxicated and causing a disturbance. She was arrested, medically cleared, held in detention cells and will be released once sober.

On May 13th at 3:56AM a call was received to attend a location in the 800 block of Pacific Avenue due to a woman screaming and banging on the walls affecting other residents. Police attended and located the 24-year-old female who was extremely high on meth. The female was arrested, medically cleared and held in detention cells. She will be released once sober.
