Police Media Release - March 6, 2025

Arrest Warrant
On March 5th at 1:00PM Police attended a residence in the 200 block of 9th Street where a 24-year-old male was arrested on the strength of his endorsed Warrant of Arrest. He was released via Appearance Notice with a court date of April 3rd, 2025.
Breach of Peace
On March 5th at 2:11PM Police were called to a disturbance at a hotel in the 000 block of 10th Street. A 31-year-old highly intoxicated male was arrested and held in detention cells until sober. He was also issued a ticket for Disorderly in/around a licensed premise.
Breach of Peace
On March 5th at 7:29PM Police were called to a residence in the 1100 block of 26th Street to remove an intoxicated 24-year-old who was causing a disturbance within the family. Taken to BPS and held until sober.
Arrest Warrant
On March 5th at 4:39PM a 14-year-old youth turned herself in at BPS knowing there was a Warrant for her arrest. She was released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of April 8th, 2025.
Arrest Warrant / Failure to Comply Release Order
On March 5th at 10:37PM following a traffic stop in the 3000 block of Park Avenue, a 42-year-old woman was arrested for an outstanding Warrant of Arrest. (Breach of Probation). She was released via Appearance Notice with a court date of April 7th, 2025.
Another occupant of the vehicle, 50-year-old male, was arrested for Failing to Comply Release Order (curfew breach). He was released via Appearance Notice with a court date of May 12th, 2025.
Immediate Roadside Prohibition / 90-day prohibition
On March 6th at 1:11AM, a witness reported seeing a vehicle driving in circles in a parking lot in the 1100 block of Queens Avenue. Police attended and the 21-year-old male driver provided two samples of his breath, of which both were fails. The vehicle was towed, and the male was arrested and held in detention cells until sober.
Arrest Warrant
On March 6th at 12:42AM Police attended a residence in the 200 block of 15th Street and arrested a 57-year-old male on the strength of an outstanding Warrant of Arrest. (Theft Under $5000). He was released via Appearance Notice with a court date of April 7th, 2025.
Arrest Warrant
On March 6th at 2:58AM a traffic stop was conducted in the 1500 block of Richmond Avenue. A 40-year-old female passenger was arrested on an outstanding Warrant of Arrest as well as a new charge due to a curfew breach. She was arrested, held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning on March 6th, 2024.
