Police Media Release - March 4, 2025

Arrest Warrant (RCMP)
On March 3rd at 7:56AM police attended a residence on Fife Close and arrested a 47-year-old male on the request and strength of an RCMP Warrant (Break & Enter). He was released via Undertaking as per RCMP Headingly with a court date of April 29th, 2025, in Winnipeg.
Breach of the Peace
On March 3rd at 9:52AM Police received a request to remove an intoxicated individual from an establishment in the zero hundred block of 13th Street. Upon police arrival the 35-year-old male was cooperative. He was held in detention cells at Brandon Police Service (BPS) to prevent further issues. He will be released once sober.
Arrest Warrant
On March 3rd at 1:20PM BPS member attended a residence in the 1100 block of 3rd Street and arrested a 46-year-old male on the strength of an endorsed BPS Warrant. (Failure to Attend Court). He was released via Appearance Notice with a court date of March 31st, 2025.
Arrest Warrant
On March 3rd at 3:09PM Police noted an individual located in the zero hundred block of 9th Street. The 41-year-old female was confirmed to have an RCMP Warrant for Arrest. She was arrested and served Warrant. She was released on an Appearance Notice with a court date in Dauphin of April 10th, 2025.
On March 3rd at 4:42PM, Police were at a store in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue on an unrelated matter, when security advised of a theft in progress. Police located and arrested the same female. She had stolen $80 worth of goods. She was arrested, taken to BPS, and later released via Undertaking with a court date of May 12th, 2025.
Theft Under $5000 / Failure to Comply Release Order
On March 3rd at approximately 7:00PM, Police became aware of a 29-year-old male that had stolen his partners car. Police located the suspect at 13th and Louise Avenue while still in possession of the vehicle’s keys. The male had conditions not to consume alcohol as well as a curfew. He was arrested, held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning on March 4th, 2025.
Arrest Warrant / Failure to Comply Release Order
On March 4th at 12:14AM a traffic stop was initiated in the zero hundred block of 27th Street. A 31-year-old male occupant was found to have a Winnipeg Police Service endorsed Warrant of Arrest (Assault). He was released via Appearance Notice with a court date in Winnipeg on May 14th, 2025.
Additional occupant, 29-year-old male, was bound by a Release Order with a curfew in Ochre River. He was arrested, held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning on March 4th, 2025.
Arrest Warrant
On March 4th at 1:27AM Police were requested to attend a residence in the 1100 block of Rosser Avenue to remove an individual who was no longer welcome there. Upon arrival, it was found that the 49-year-old male had an endorsed Warrant for Arrest (Theft Under $5000). The male was removed from the location and released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of May 26th, 2025.
