Attempt Break & Enter
On March 20th Police received a report of an attempted Break and Enter to a residence in the 400 block of 8th St. Video surveillance obtained led to the identification of two suspects. On March 29th a 36yr old female and a 30yr old male were arrested and charged with Break & Enter with Intent, Possess Break-in instruments and Disguise with Intent. They were both released on Undertakings and are scheduled to appear in Court in June.
Breaching Court Orders
- On Saturday evening around 10:10pm Police were called to disturbance at a residence in the 1600 block of McTavish Ave. where a male suspect was found to be intoxicated and causing problems. The 20yr old is bound by a Release Order not to consume alcohol and as such was arrested and held in cells at BPS to appear in Court in the morning.
- At 3:14am on Sunday morning, Police attended to a residence in the 2300 block of Brandon Ave for a disturbance. A 19yr old male was found to be in violation of his Undertaking by being at this location and communicating with another person within the residence. He was detained at BPS cells to be released on an Appearance Notice with a Court date set in May.
