Breach of Probation X3

On March 27th Police arrested a 37-year-old male who was on conditions not to attend his ex-girlfriend’s residence, employment or communicate with her. He breached all three. He was located by police and arrested at the female’s workplace at 1:55PM. He was held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning on March 28th, 2025.

 

Break & Enter

On March 27th there was a break and enter into a shed in the 1300 block of 6th Street. Intruders pried the door open and at the time of report it was unknown if anything was stolen. Should anyone know anything about this break and enter, please contact Brandon Police Service.

 

Disorderly Conduct

On March 27th at 5:26PM police were called to a business in the 400 block of 10th Street to remove a man who continued to touch and make other patrons feel uncomfortable after being asked to stop. The 34-year-old male was located, arrested, and held in detention cells to prevent further disturbance. He will be released once sober with a ticket.

 

Arrest Warrants

In the last 24 hours two people were arrested regarding a Warrant for their arrest. (One of which was for RCMP). One 29-year-old male was held in detention cells for court in the morning while the other, 31-year-old male, was released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of April 24th, 2025.
