Possess Break-In Instrument / Failure to Attend Court X2
On January 6th at 7:19AM a 30-year-old female attended Brandon Police Service (BPS) to turn herself in on an outstanding Warrant of Arrest. She was also arrested on additional charges from a Warrant Request file. She was held in detention cells and attended court in the morning.
Breach of Probation (Youth Criminal Justic Act)
On January 6th a 13-year-old male youth turned himself into BPS aware of a Warrant of Arrest in effect. He was arrested on the charges and held in detention cells for court in the morning.
Winnipeg Police Warrant Executed
On January 6th a 51-year-old male turned himself into BPS on an outstanding Winnipeg Police Service Warrant of Arrest. (Drive Impaired / Failure to Attend Court). He was released via Appearance Notice with a court date of March 11th, 2025.
Allegation of Non-Compliance with Conditional Sentence Order X2
On January 6th at 11:26AM a 24-year-old male attended BPS on the advice of his probation officer due to an outstanding Warrant of Arrest. The male was arrested and held in detention cells for court.
IPDA (Intoxicated Persons Detention Act)
On January 6th at 1:47Pm police responded to a report of an intoxicated female near 14th and Richmond Avenue with blood on her face. A 26-year-old female was located in the 1000 block of 10th Street with no shoes on. With no one to care for her, she was medically cleared and held in detention cells until sober.
Breach of Curfew turned Meth Trafficking Charges
On January 6th at 8:30PM a police officer conducted a walkthrough of a business in the 000 block of 10th Street where they found a 36-year-old male to be breaching his curfew and on conditions not to attend said establishment. Once arrested, the male was found to have 16 baggies in his possession, each containing various amounts of meth totaling five grams. He also had multi-tools containing two knives in his pocket. He is on conditions not to carry knives/weapons. The male was arrested, held in detention cells, and will attend court in the morning on December 7th, 2025.
Pending charges include Possession for Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose, Carry Concealed Weapon, Failure to Comply with Release OrderX4
Failure to Comply with Release Order
On January 7th at 2:25AM a police officer conducted a walkthrough of a business in the 3500 block of Victoria Avenue. They recognized a 40-year-old female who was to be on a 6:00PM curfew. The female was arrested, held in detention cells, and will attend court in the morning on December 7th, 2025.
