Highlights for the Past 24 Hours:
Assault
At 11:44 am, Police attended to a call in White Swan Trailer Court for a disturbance. Upon arrival, the female reported being assaulted by the 30 year old male who was present. She also disclosed a previous assault where the suspect had choked her. The male was arrested and held in custody and later released on an undertaking.
Fail to Comply with Release Order
At 10:30 pm, a female drove her vehicle to BPS as her boyfriend was in the vehicle with her and she was concerned as the male was acting aggressively. The 34 year old male was arrested as he was on conditions not to be in contact with the female. He was arrested and held in custody and later released on an undertaking.
Assault/Mischief
At 3:39 am, Police were called to a residence in the 300 block of Lorne Ave as neighbors could hear a disturbance in the residence. Police located a 27 year old male who had assaulted the female at the residence and damaged some property there as well. The male was arrested and held in custody and will released on an undertaking when sober.
Stolen Auto
A 2009 red 2 door Honda Accord was reported stolen from Wascana Dr sometime between 5pm on January 2nd and 7:30 am on January 3rd. If anyone has any information regarding this theft please contact BPS.
