Warrants Executed
- On Friday afternoon, a 22yr old male was located at his residence and arrested on the strength of an Unendorsed Warrant for Failing to Attend Court. He was lodged to appear in Court today.
- At 8:35pm a 37yr old female was located in the 1300 block of Rosser Ave. and found to have an Endorsed Warrant for her arrest for Fail to Attend for Fingerprints. Fingerprints were obtained and she was released on an Appearance Notice with a scheduled Court date in February.
- Just after 11pm a 32yr old female was located in a business in the zero hundred block of 10th. It was discovered that she was the subject of an outstanding Unendorsed Warrant for 5 separate counts of Failing to Appear in Court, Theft Under $5,000 as well as Possession of Property Obtained by Crime. She was arrested and lodged to appear in Court today.
Intoxicated Persons Detention Act
At 7:32pm Police responded to a report of a female yelling at employees at a business located in the 2500 block of Victoria Ave. The 36yr old suspect was located in the area and found to be intoxicated. Police were unable to find someone to turn her over to, so she was lodged in cells to be released when sober.
Breach of Peace
- Police attended to a residence in the 600 block of McDiarmid Dr. around 11:15pm Friday night for a female trying to fight others within the residence and refusing to leave. The 38yr old female was intoxicated and lodged in cells to be released when sober.
- Early Saturday morning, around 12:30am, Police responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 100 block of 14th where a 24yr old female was found to be intoxicated and causing problems. She was lodged to prevent any further issues at the residence, to be released when sober.
