Police Media Release - January 23, 2025

Failing to Comply with a Release Order

On January 22nd at 3:18 pm Police re-attended a home in the 1200 block of 9th street. A 38-year-old female was arrested for failing to comply with her release order. Police conducted a search warrant at this residence on January 19th and the accused was not home despite being subject to a 24-hour court ordered curfew. She was held in Brandon Police detention cells to appear in court on January 23rd, 2025.

 

Arrest Warrants

On January 22nd at 4:39 pm Police conducted a pedestrian check in the 000 block of 15th street. A 31-year-old male was arrested he had an outstanding warrant for breaching his probation. He was released for court on February 20th, 2025.

On January 22nd at 5:08 pm Police conducted a walk-through of a business in the 000 block of 9th street. A 34-year-old female was arrested as she had an outstanding warrant for Theft under $5000. She was released for court on February 20th, 2025.

 

Disturbance/Failing to Comply with a Release Order

On January 22nd at 11:31 pm Police were called to a disturbance at a residence on Westaway Bay. An intoxicated 40-year-old female was arrested. She was found to be breaching her release conditions by attending to that address. The accused was held in Brandon Police detention cells and will appear in court on January 23rd, 2025.

 

Failing to Comply with a Release order

On January 23rd at 02:06 am Police conducted a traffic stop on a taxicab in the 900 block of Pacific Avenue. An 18-year-old male passenger was arrested as he was out passed his court ordered curfew. He was arrested and held in Brandon Police detention cells and will appear in court on January 23rd, 2025.
