Arrest Warrants

A 37 year-old male was located at his Garwood Drive residence on Friday morning and arrested on the strength of a RCMP held warrant for arrest for aggravated assault.  He was brought into custody to appear before the court later in the day.

On Friday afternoon, a 45 year-old female was arrested, on the strength of a warrant for arrest for theft under $5000, after an officer on patrol recognized her in the 0-00 block 9th Street.  She was returned to BPS, processed, and later released from custody to appear in court on February 20th.

During a walk-through of a licensed beverage room, a 32 year-old female was recognized and arrested on the strength of a warrant for arrest for failing to attend for identification.  She was processed and later released from custody to appear in court on February 18th.

 

Breach of Court Orders

A 40 year-old female and a 48 year-old male were identified as passengers during a traffic stop in the 900 block 18th Street North early Friday afternoon.  A records query returned that both were subject to court orders directed that they have no contact or communication with the other.  Both were arrested and held in custody to appear before the court today.

 

Others

Three intoxicated individuals were lodged in cells overnight Friday night to sober up.  All were located during separate incidents and were causing a disturbance. They will be released without charges once sober.
