Arrest Warrants
On February 4th at 11:23AM police, while on patrol, located a 47-year-old woman known to be the subject of an unendorsed Warrant of Arrest (Breach of Conditional Sentence Order). The female was sober and arrested without incident. She was held in detention cells for court.
On February 4th at 11:27AM a 45-year-old woman attended Brandon Police Service (BPS) and turned herself in as she was aware of her Warrants for Arrest. (Failure to Attend Court X2 and Recognizance). She was sober, held in cells and will attend court on February 5th, 2025.
On February 4th at 9:15PM police attended a residence in the 700 block of 19th Street and executed an unendorsed Warrant for Arrest (Failure to Comply Release Order). The 25-year-old male was arrested and held in detention cells for court in the morning on February 5th, 2025.
On February 4th at 9:15PM police conducted a traffic stop in which the 47-year-old male passenger was wanted on an unendorsed Warrant for Arrest. (Failure to Attend Court). The male was arrested and held in detention cells for court in the morning on February 5th, 2025.
IPDA (Intoxicated Persons Detention Act)
On February 4th at 12:04 police, while on patrol, located a highly intoxicated male sleeping in a snowbank in the 1600 block of Pacific Avenue. Police identified the male. He was medically cleared and held in detention cells for release once sober.

On February 4th at 5:05PM reports of an intoxicated unknown male sitting on a resident’s deck came in. (The resident was not at home but viewing the action from a security camera.) Police attended the residence and located the intoxicated 36-year-old male. He was arrested, medically cleared and held in detention cells for release once sober.
Breach of Peace
On February 4th at 10:07PM police received reports of a woman screaming in an apartment in the 200 block of 15th Street. Police attended and found a highly intoxicated 18-year-old female yelling and screaming uncontrollably. She was arrested and held in detention cells until sober to prevent further issues.
On February 4th at 10:52PM police were called to a disturbance in Crocus Crescent. Upon arrival it was found two roommates, 26- & 18-year-old females, were arguing. The intoxicated 26-year-old would not calm down and was taken to detention cells to prevent any continuation of the disturbance. She will be released in the morning once sober.
