Police Media Release - February 18, 2025

Arrest Warrant

On February 18th at 10:15AM a Brandon Police Service officer attended the Court House to execute a Minnedosa RCMP unendorsed Warrant of Arrest (Theft of Motor Vehicle) on a 17-year-old male who was at Court on other matters. The male was arrested on the strength of the Warrant and released back into the Sheriff’s custody.

On February 18th at 12:49PM Police attended a drop-in centre in the 000 block of 9th Street regarding a complaint. Complaint unfounded but records revealed an endorsed Warrant of Arrest (Failure to Comply Probation) for a 51-year-old male that was present. He was arrested and released on an Appearance Notice with a court date in March.
