Fail to Comply with Release Order

Just before 9pm Sunday night, Police conducted a walk-through of a business in the zero hundred block of 10th St. A 45 year old female was found to be Breaching her curfew condition of her Release Order. She was released on an Appearance Notice and will appear in Court in April.

 

Intoxicated Persons Detention Act

At 9:52pm Police received a call of a male outside of a residence in the 300 block of 5th St. He was located and found to be highly intoxicated. Police were unable to find a responsible adult to turn him over to, so he was lodged in cells to be released once sober.

 

Warrant Executed

Early Monday morning around 1:30am Police were called to a building in the zero hundred block of 10th St. for an unwanted male who had locked himself in a bathroom. The 41 year old male was found to have an outstanding Warrant for his Arrest for Breach of Probation, Theft Under and Fail to Appear in Court x3. Upon arrest a search of his person lead to the discovery of small amount of Methamphetamine. He was lodged to appear in Court in the morning.
