Warrants Executed

• On Friday at approximately 4:35pm, a 34yr old male was located in the zero hundred block of 9th and found to have an unendorsed Warrant of Arrest for Fail to Attend Court. He was arrested and lodged in cells to appear in Court today.

• At 8:30pm on Friday evening, a 51yr old female was located in the zero hundred block of 10th St and found to have an Endorsed Warrant for her arrest for Fail to Comply with Probation. She was released on an Appearance Notice with a scheduled Court date in February.

Intoxicated Persons Detention Act

In the last 24 hours Police lodged three (3) persons in cells for being intoxicated in public. For all three, attempts to locate a sober responsible adult to turn them over to were unsuccessful, as such they were lodged to be released when sober.

Breach of Peace

Late Friday afternoon, around 4:20pm, Police were dispatched to a business in the 800 block of Rosser Ave. in response to female on the premise who was yelling at customers. A 33yr old female was removed and lodged in cells to prevent any further issues.
