Arrest Warrant - Failure to Attend Court
On December 2nd at 1:50PM police saw a 33-year-old female in the 000 block of 9th Street and were aware of her Warrant for Arrest. She was sober and arrested without incident. She was held in detention cells with court in the morning on December 3rd, 2024.
Winnipeg Police Arrest Warrant – Failure to Comply with Probation
On December 2nd at 3:10PM during a walk through of a business in the 100 block of 5th Street, a 40-year-old male was located and known to the officer. The male had an unendorsed Warrant for Arrest. He was arrested, held in detention cells with court in the morning on December 3rd, 2024.
Disobey Court Order
On November 21st, 2024, a 42-year-old male attended a high school in Brandon where his kids attend, in breach of the Protection Order prohibiting such. The male was released by police on an Appearance Notice with a court date set for February 24th, 2025.
Arrest Warrant - Failure to Comply with Probation
On December 2nd at 8:50PM police conducted a pedestrian check in the back of the 700 bock of 10th Street. It was confirmed the 23-year-old male had an Endorsed Warrant for Arrest. He was released via Appearance Notice with a court date of January 6th, 2025.
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime / Use of Credit Card X3 / Possession of Credit Card / Theft Under $5000
On December 2nd while at a call in the 300 block of 7th Street, a 30-year-old male was located by police. He was known to have a Warrant for Arrest. He was released via Appearance Notice with a court date of January 6th, 2025.
Failure to Attend Court
On December 2nd at 2:20AM a 44-year-old male was observed in the 1000 block of Rosser Avenue. The male had an endorsed Warrant for Arrest. He was released via Appearance Notice with a court date of February 18th, 2025, in Portage la Prairie.
