For the Past 24 Hours:
Endorsed Warrant
A 36 year old male was checked on Brandon Avenue and found to have an endorsed warrant for breaching his probation order. He was arrested and subsequently released with a January court date.
Endorsed Warrant
A youth who was already in custody on other matters was found to be wanted on a breach of probation warrant. This youth was served an appearance notice with a January court date and released.
Mischief Under $5000
A youth was arrested on a mischief charge stemming from a November 14th incident where multiple youths were on school grounds in the east end of Brandon at 2:30 in the morning. While on the property this youth caused damage to a window, they were subsequently identified, charged accordingly, and released with a January court date.
Weapons Possession in a Licensed Premise
During a walk-through of a licensed establishment in the downtown area officers observed a male known to have a curfew he was breaching. Once arrested and searched the 35 year old male was also found to be in possession of an extendable baton, a knife, an imitation firearm, and live rifle ammunition. This male was arrested along with another 38 year old male patron of the establishment that was wanted for breaching a court order and was also in breach of the same order for breaching his curfew and being at the establishment. Both were arrested and held for court in the morning when sober.
Breach of the Peace/IPDA
One male and two females were arrested and held until sober for breach of the peace/IPDA in the last 24 hours.
