Highlights for the past 24 hours:

 

Sexual Assault

On August 3, a 23 year old female reporting being sexually assault by a 21 year old male, who was known to her. The assault occurred in the 3100 block of Victoria Ave. As a result of the investigation, the male was arrested at 2:57 pm on August 5th and was charged with Sexual Assault. He was later released on an undertaking to appear in court at a later date.

 

Assault

At 4:17 pm, a female reported being assaulted by her boyfriend while at a residence in the 1600 block of Stickney Ave. The victim did not require medical treatment for her injuries. The 28 year old male suspect was later arrested at a residence on Elderwood Dr and was released on an undertaking to appear in court at a later date.

 

Fail to Comply with Undertaking

At 10:31 pm, a call was received from a residence in the 1600 block of Sycamore Dr, reporting a 14 year old female was causing a disturbance at the residence. It was determined the suspect had breached the curfew condition of her undertaking. She was arrested and held for court in the morning.

 

Assault

At 04:17 am, a female reported being assaulted by a 20 year old male who was known to her. The male punched the victim in the face while in the 900 block of Middleton Ave. The male was arrested and released on an undertaking to appear in court at a later date.
