Breach of Peace

On August 9th at 8:32pm Police were called to a hotel in the 3300 block of Victoria Ave for people fighting. As a result a 43yr old male was arrested for Breach of Peace and held in custody until sober.

Female Arrested for Robbery

On August 8th, at 10:31pm Police received a report of a Robbery in the 1000 block of Rosser Ave. During the robbery the 29yr old female victim was physically assaulted and her cell phone, tablet and purse was taken. Three (3) suspects were identified with one of them, a 41yr old female, arrested shortly after the incident. On August 10th a second suspect, a 27yr old female, was located and arrested and lodged to appear in Court today. The third female suspect has yet to be located.

Female found with Bear Spray

Earlier this morning at 1:21am, an intoxicated female was found lying down near 26th St and Maryland Ave. She was found to be in possession of Bear Spray, contrary to the condition of the Court Ordered Release Order she is bound by. The 22yr old female was arrested, lodged until sober and will appear in Court in October.

Warrants of Arrest Executed

At 11:27pm a 19yr old male was located in Cornel Bay and found to have an outstanding RCMP Warrant of Arrest for Assault. He was released and is scheduled to appear in Court in September.

At 12:15am a 13yr old female was located in the 1000Block of Dennis St and found to have a Warrant of Arrest for Breach of Probation. She was released to a parent and will appear in Court in October.
