Possess Property Obtained by Crime
At 11:42 AM, call was received stating that he 16-year-old female had attended to a residence in the 300 block of Dennis St. with a bicycle that did not belong to her. Upon further investigation the bicycle was found two have been reported stolen on April 10th. She was arrested and later released on an appearance notice.
Drive While Disqualified
At 1:23 PM, a traffic stop was conducted in the 100 block of Victoria Ave. And the driver was found to be prohibited from driving. The 25-year-old female driver was charged with driving while disqualified and was later released on an appearance notice.
Fail to Comply with Probation Order/ Theft Under $5,000
At 2:49 pm, staff from a business in the 900 block of Victoria Ave reported a male was inside the business despite being on conditions not to attend there. The 34-year-old male left the business just prior to Police arrival but was located in the parking lot. He was arrested for breaching his probation order and upon being searched he was found to have $108 worth of groceries in his possession that he had just stolen from the store. He was charged with breach of probation and theft under $5,000 and was later released on an undertaking to appear in court at a later date.
Possession of Controlled Substance
At 12:13 am, a traffic stop was conducted in the 1000 block of Princess Ave and 28-year-old female was an occupant in the vehicle. It was learned she had a warrant for her arrest for breach of Probation. While being searched incident to arrest, she was found to have just over a gram of methamphetamine and 10 grams of cocaine in her possession. She was held in custody to appear in court in the morning.
