Recovered Stolen Vehicle
At 12:21 pm, a call was received of a vehicle which had been sitting in a parking lot in the 200 block of 18th St for a few days. The blue Kia Sportage had been reported stolen on April 22. The vehicle was seized and taken to BPS for forensic processing.
Fail to Comply with Undertaking
At 4:09 pm, a call was received of a male who was walking around screaming while in the area of the 1300 block of Louise Ave. The 29-year-old male was located in the 400 block of 12th St and was found to be intoxicated by unknown substances. Upon being arrested, he was found to be in possession of a knife. He was breaching his conditions not to possess weapons and not to consume intoxicating substances. The subject was held in custody to appear in court.
Breach of Conditional Sentence Order
At 11:40, a curfew check was done at a residence on Fotheringham Dr for a 38-year-old female. She was not home. Approximately 20 minutes later, the subject was spotted in the 1000 block of 18th St and was arrested for breaching two conditions of her conditional sentence order. She will appear in court in the morning.
Other Arrests
6 other individuals were arrested for warrants, breach of peace and public intoxication.
