Police Media Release - April 24, 2025

Failure to Comply Undertaking x2

On April 22nd it was reported that a female returned to her residence in the 200 block of 3rd Street to find a known to her 22-year-old male inside her apartment. He had previously stayed at this residence but was currently on Undertaking conditions not to attend there or have communication with the female. On April 23rd at 11:00AM the 22-year-old male was located by Police and arrested. He was held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning on April 24th, 2025.

 

Arrest Warrant

On April 23rd at 3:53PM Police attended Probation Services and arrested a 14-year-old female youth on the strength of her Warrant of Arrest (Failure to Comply Probation). She was released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of July 8th, 2025.

 

Structure Fire

On April 23rd at 7:29PM 911 reported a garage fire in the 300 block of 7th Street. The homeowner was not home. The fire was contained to the garage and the cause is unknown at this time. No injuries to report and it remains under investigation.

 

Breach of the Peace

On April 23rd at 9:56PM Police were called to a disturbance in the 800 block of Pacific Avenue. A 51-year-old male with no clothes on was being aggressive, throwing water around and causing issues. The male was arrested and held in detention cells to prevent his behavior from continuing. He will be released in the morning.

 

Arrest Warrant

On April 23rd at 10:18PM, while at an unrelated matter in the 000 block of 9th Street, Police located a 41-year-old female who had a Warrant for Arrest (Failure to Attend Court/Prints). She was arrested and held in detention cells for court in the morning on April 24th, 2025.
