Possess A Weapon/Resist Arrest 

At 2:22 pm, a report was received of a male inside a business in the 700 block of Rosser Ave stating that the male was stabbing the floor with a knife. Upon Police arrival at the scene, the 31 year old male refused to comply with Police instruction and resisted arrest. The subject was eventually taken into custody and charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and resisting arrest. He was later released on an Undertaking to appear in court at a later date.

 

Aggravated Assault 

At 11:02 pm, 911 received a call of a potential stabbing on Queens Cres. Investigation revealed an 18 year old male stabbed a male, who was known to him, in the abdomen during an argument. The victim sustained a non-life-threatening injury as a result of this incident. The accused was arrested for aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and failing to comply with his undertaking. The accused was held in custody to appear in court.

 

Warrant for Fail to Comply with Probation Order

At 12:13 pm, a report was received of a male going thru cars in the 100 block of 12th St. Based on the description given, a 31 year old male was located in the 900 block of Princess Ave and arrested on his outstanding warrant. He was later released on an appearance notice to appear in court at a later date.
