Partial Boil Water Advisory in Place Due to Water Main Break

Brandon, MB - Due to a water main break, a partial boil water advisory is in place for the following areas in Brandon:

• 2700 - 3500 blocks of McDonald Ave
• Westcott Bay
• Westwood Bay

Affected residents have been notified directly.

Crews will be on site to fix the water main break tomorrow, Feb. 10, 2026. Once the Boil Water Advisory has been lifted, we will provide further notice.

Water used for consumption should be brought to a rolling boil for at least one minute before it is used for:

• Drinking and ice making
• Preparing beverages, such as infant formula
• Preparing food, including washing fruits and vegetables
• Brushing teeth

It is not necessary to boil tap water used for other household purposes, such as laundry or washing dishes.
