November 18, 2024 - Enhancements to the Apartment Construction Loan Program and the Affordable Housing Fund

In Budget 2024, the federal government committed to taking significant steps to reduce barriers to new construction for homebuilders, build affordable housing, provide shelter to those without homes and make it more affordable to rent and own a home.
 
On November 14, the Government of Canada announced further details on the upcoming enhancements to the Apartment Construction Loan Program (ACLP) and Affordable Housing Fund (AHF).
