January 23, 2026 - Lot Grading By-law Amendment Survey

The City of Brandon Engineering Department identified gaps within the existing Lot Grading By-law. We have drafted by-law amendments which are available for review upon request. On December 16^th, 2025 we hosted an online information session to provide an overview of the changes to the By-law. We are now asking for feedback relating to specific amendments. Over the next two weeks we invite you to provide your feedback through our online survey which will remain open from January 23^rd through the end of the day on February 6^th.
