December 18, 2025 - Ground Source Heat Pump Bonus

Efficiency Manitoba are doubling their incentives by offering a 100% bonus on the eligible performance incentive for multi-unit residential buildings that upgrade to a ground source heat pump as their primary heating system. 

New and existing Commercial Deep Energy Retrofit Program and New Buildings Program applications are eligible for this bonus for all projects enrolled by March 31, 2026. See the program guide for further details.
